Purpose & Vision

In our increasingly interconnected and complex world, the pace of change became overwhelming and is still accelerating. Impacts of the continuous stream of changes are spreading and influencing so many areas of our lives. Areas that yesterday seemed stable and well-known are today's areas in flux. As a result, individuals, teams, and organizations are trying to adapt using different strategies and approaches at different speeds.

I assist individuals, teams, and organizations in agile transformations. I work with leaders to create sustainable human systems where people can grow. In my work with human systems, I use inclusion and a participative design as opposed to imposition.

Since I first encountered the agile approach to software development, I became deeply connected to agile values and principles. For me, they are holding the key to understanding what agile is all about and how it can support organizations in thriving on the market.
